About Brockton, MA
Brockton is a city in Plymouth County, Massachusetts located approximately 20 miles south of Boston. According to the United States Census Bureau Brockton has a population of 94,191 making it the sixth largest city in the state. The city is known as the “City of Champions” due to the boxing success of native heavy weight boxing champion Rocky Marciano and middle weight champ Marvelous Marvin Hagler.
